There is no upscaling with FSR 100.

The blurring is you a you problem OP, I have absolutely no blurring.

Since several other people have reported both FSR 100 not turning off upscaling and also getting blurring themselves, including people with quite new hardware and modest resolutions, care to explain why to us and SE? There's even a substantial thread about eyestrain from the graphics update.
