Xeno is a good tank player, but he definitely was neither trying in that specific run nor was he in a comfortable setup to begin with (he literally starts the video complaining about no MMO mouse and his hotbars being messed up).
I mean, just check the vuln stacks they keep collecting in the bosses...

Just a friendly reminder that it's not just top 1%, it's also the other 99% since a team cleared a dungeon first time inna brand new expasion with the same meta party we have now, which does not include the healer role.

Clearly something is broken, whether it's one job, multiple jobs, encounter design, all of the above. Fix it SE.

Why is him being 1% any different than being 99% considering you don’t need any job knowledge to play current tanks in a way that deletes the healers

Can you press your short mitigation roughly on CD and press your shares mitigation to help with raidwide damage- if yes you don’t need a healer
