That was exactly the issue. I saw people putting their gear back on every time CT popped and after the change went into effect I saw the CT raids MUCH less frequently. They're only popping up more often now because of the wave of Xbox players going through MSQ.

People gamed the system for their own self interest and the devs dropped the hammer. It's the definition of F around and find out.
