Can we have the hellhound gearset available to buy with Trophy Crystals?

That's a you problem, not an everyone else problem. It sounds like you don't actually like the game that much if a trophy is the only reason why you'd keep playing the game.

And again, as someone who has accomplished challenging things in this game as well as someone who has received exclusive, limited rewards for other things: other people getting to acquire those items through other means does not diminish my accomplishment. To think it does is to conflate the success and pride of achieving it with a fancy bauble that can be lost. What happens if the game shuts down, would those accomplishments suddenly be worth nothing? If so, again, you problem.

And does anyone really care about a legacy tattoo? Does anyone notice anyone with it?

With how old the game is now, I'm surprised they haven't added like... ARR 'legacy' tattoos or something similar.
