Because the housing system is fine. The community wanted a fair chance at getting a house. And they got it.

Because some of you don't like a system that doesn't offer instant gratification doesn't mean its a problem.

Apts are enough, do they need a item increase? Yes But is too small to do anything with? That depends, do you have the creativity to make something out of it or are you just going to give up because it isn't mansion sized?
