    I feel like I got really lucky with my Viera in that she actually feels like the same character but I can also recognize that she didn't have a super defining lip shape before. To me it feels like Rava Face 2 has the least amount of discrepancies compared to pre-graphic update.

    That being said, much of what people have been saying is still valid. Also, the subtle sort of shading near the inner corner of the eye is way too subtle in the graphical update. It feels like maybe the devs wanted to pull away from texturing shadows and let the new shaders do all the work but it's something subtle that I noticed missing:

    This shadow + highlight isn't as prominent in the 7.0 update.

    I do feel like the actual lighting in the character creator is busted. At the very least, La Noscea seems to put this ugly super shiny wet filter over my character's skin. In the character creator it feels like the lighting is ramped up so character models resemble the models from the GTA Trilogy Remakes: Oddly bright and translucent skin + super white scleras so eyes have too much white in them. Those two combined lead to really weird uncanny looking models.

    I think the Benchmark and oddly enough the preset character picker (not the character creator) use really good lighting. Now I'm afraid that most dynamic lighting out in the world will have these weird issues we're seeing in the character creator.


    She looks phenomenal in the actual the actual benchmark even with a non-default/not touched up yet hairstyle.
