You need to be proactively be using lilys and thin air as well. They are more potent than assize at MP regen

You really shouldn’t be running out of MP on WHM even if you forget lucid now and then

Normally with every trash pull it's regen medica 2 and spam holy till everything is dead.
Normally on a bosses I regen and medica 2 and dia spam glare and to heal lily

On EX content is the only time I every use use cure or cure 2 and have risk of running out of mp while keeping my dps numbers up.
