Cure and it's Equivalents need to be axed

There's actually a good reason to have these buttons separated, for white mage the cast speed of cure1 is faster. Sometimes you need a faster heal as opposed to a strong one. We can easily say "skill issue" but that isn't a solution nor does it change the reality of the point that I made.

That's not a solution, as everything comes with a price. Reduce cast time means reduced potency, means more complaints and nothing changes.

Want a real solution to this and many other problems regarding playstyles? Educate your fellow gamers, be polite and friendly. If they spaz or act poorly that's on them. Don't just start complaining about stuff and say delete this delete that. It's a social focus MMO, and back in SB days people used to actually teach people things and do things effectively. Now everybody uses Band-Aid solutions and spreads misinformation then complains when the average player underperforms. It's on all of us to make it better, not for us to riot on the forums about something so bloody trivial

We are in a situation where the playerbase and square enix are n a race to the bottom to see how bad people can play while square desperately tries to baby proof every job, what are we really supposed to do when people don’t want to learn and square designs jobs around these people

Hell there is a person on this exact forum who when the discussion centres around “cure 1 is near useless use cure 2 if you desperately need to use single target GCD healing” decided to reply with “I shouldn’t have to get any better at my job to play the game”

Legit what are we supposed to do against people who think like this considering they seem to be the only people square listens to

Most people aren't like that , but I see your point. I've witnessed it going downhill since shb. I've played longer than that. And it gets worse every day. I'm literally suffering mentally and emotionally because of it. But all we can do is like I said, and most ppl will receive the advice well. Some won't, but can't let that ruin us

Not so much at the later levels because this where the scaling gets all messed up . At lvl 90 in bis cure 1 is about 11k cause the true potency of cure 1 is 650. Cure 2 potency is 1040 and that it about at 20k.

Again, this is why it makes more sense to upgrade it into Esuna, not Cure 2 (MP costs as well)

Also as a former Cure 1 enjoyer who kept it on key 1 and occasionally used it for that exact reason, it honestly stopped being valid a good time back. Between Benison charges, tetra, Lilies etcetc, we have many options that are faster still.
