Please remove MSQ dungeons from Mentor roulette

Agreed. MSQ roulette is there for people who are willing to deal with unskippable cutscenes; I would assume that's the whole reason why they're cordoned off from the 50/60/70/80 roulette and into their own roulette in the first place. People who don't want to deal with it simply don't have to queue that roulette. At least, that's how it should be. Sticking them into another roulette kinda undermines this.

While you're at it, remove extremes too. Extremes are for established players looking for a greater (and optional) challenge, not for newer players that need help with progressing story. (Not to mention most of them past ARR will never get a bite on the DF anyway.)

If you aren't willing to help with every singular duty, don't do Mentor Roulette and while you're at it, remove your Burger King crown.
