TBH I feel like a lot of game devs need to study a number of Switch titles as it has proven to be able to deliver impressive visuals and large worlds despite it's lower spec hardware. The file size for the games is a lot smaller too which is mostly due to much of the excessive "fluff" code for visual details most people playing titles on PS and Xbox don't even know exist in the games they play on them being removed to reduce load on the hardware.
Probably. Overall the decline of rise players and increase of world players is not likely tied to anything with Rise but more the campaign on capcom's end.

Though it does amuse me that each entry in the franchise turns the folks from the last one into a bunch of "Back in my day!" types towards the latest entry. World folks giving Rise folks the same shit that old players gave World folks when World was new.
