Marking bad players needs to stop

I don't want to be bad. I'm trying my best. I practice my rotation. I look up guides. I only do normal content. But sometimes I'm just...bad.

I've been playing since HW and this has only happened to me twice, but it's so incredibly rude and humiliating to literally put a sign on someone during a dungeon or an alliance raid of all things. If you're good enough to notice that someone is bad, you're good enough to keep an eye on them without a visual aid. You will never convince me otherwise.

It makes me want to quit the game entirely. So what to do?

"Just blacklist them"

Unfortunately SE can't seem to understand that allowing blacklisted players to join you in PF is a bad thing.

"Git gud scrub"

...go away.

"Just go with your FC mates"

I'm really only in an FC for the buffs. I have social anxiety so I rarely talk to anyone. Even if I could manage that, do you really think players who are better than me will want to keep playing with a bad player who rarely talks?

I know nothing will come of this post. I guess I just wanted to vent.

so let me get it correctly, you are not good for the content so other need to do your job. this means they need to be not just good bet experts now. somehow they are the problem?
why you need to get the rewards for a content you in no way shape or form can do. why it sound logical to you at all to demand of others to carry you. you can ask for this and if people want to help you then go on, but demanding it ?

I have social anxiety " part. you are a really bad persona. you in a fc yo exploit it and never contribute any thing? this is just being bad as a parson. if you have anxiety , don't go play an MMO maybe? lots of solo rpgs out there that have better graphics/gameplay/story.
