I've heard about people doing that in pvp, but pve? Weird, lol. Not trying to invalidate your perspective, just never seen it happen. Maybe DC travel over to crystal next time you do roulettes. Everyone in our dutyfinder here is kinda bad anyway, so there'll at least be a hell of a lot less pressure at least.

I've seen people do it if someone keeps dying in an alliance raid. Someone puts a triangle on them for a dunce cap or makes them target to ignore. It's stupid.

If they're obviously friends, same server, emoting back and forth, or displaying that otherwise then it's fine. They're just screwing with each other. But there are people who will actually sweat someone dying in an alliance raid and I just have to laugh. And raise the target anyway.

oh that's weird. here when people get marked with a triangle, it's called a "danger dorito" and people actively follow them lmao. never seen target-to-ignore outside of pvp. crazy how different things are. blows my mind how anyone even cares in what is likely roulette content anyway. hell, half the time i join 24man queues specifically to watch people die, so i'm just having a giggle. weird to think that there's an occasional person having an aneurysm over it.

That's how it is on Aether. The only time I tend to see the ignore target is when someone has been ignoring raises most of a run. Or continues to eat every single aoe to the point everyone in the raid has noticed even without the marker.

Both. Someone applying it to themself is usually a danger dorito or when someone isn't dying and there are new folks. I've seen people put it on someone who keeps dying and keep re-applying it when they took it off. It's childish.
