Petition for Instanced housing

I also say this as a house owner. I dont feel any better having to be the lucky one to earn the plot. Its completely stupid and I would like if everyone was able to buy a house.

The problem is instanced housing would ruin their prestige. And maybe include blocklists that would keep them out of venues they don't own but perceive they have a right to enter (because its public, but insert "you keep using this word, I'm not sure you know what it means" meme).

As the owner of a medium, I give no shits about the prestige. I think considering it that way is a problem. I support instanced housing.

But hey please do keep mentioning my ego and the way I view housing instead of reading the ideas I have posted that actually would end up making everyone happy.

Instanced housing won't happen, get over it already, housing is a gigantic source of income for SE and it forces people to stay subscribed.

Either you chose to suggest ways to improve the ward system we have, or you can just keep yelling into the void.

The fact people are getting houses means the system is working exactly as it should.

Smalls are easy to get, mediums are harder and larges are very difficult to get, that's how it is and how it should be.

Muh instant gratification ain't gonna help here, do the lottery like literally everyone else, you are not owed a house because you subscribe to the game, it only allows you to start bidding on one and get an apartment if you'd rather not.

The game lets you play ultimates, that doesn't mean when I log in i deserve an ultimate weapon sent to my letterbox. Same for housing.

This is the kind of thing that is stupid with your dynamic ward system. It still trying to gatekeep people in some way. The only hurdle you should have is not having the money in general to buy any size house.

And besides Ive already stated that you can keep your shitty ward system for people that somehow want that prestige neighborhood that the devs are so stubborn to keep. But having instanced purchasable houses of varying sizes alongside it will help with everyone else to access the content.

Ultimate weapons means you actually cleared (or bought) an ultimate.
A house means you got lucky.

Imagine how many people left this game only because they don't have time to grind to keep housing up. There is no problem with subs but with content open for everyone. Most players attracted to housing in games don't want to spend a hundred hours to keep it. They just wanna chat and casually play with building up a house.
