Are We Really At The Point We Consider The Classic Relic Steps Engaging And "Fun"?

Because I don't value the idea of the haves and the haves not. I don't think anything positive about seeing achievements like that. At best the opinion is neutral. I also really cannot get behind the idea of eureka and bozja because they aren't future proofed. Certain relic steps in them might be, but the zones are not and that alone makes them bad in my eyes.

I'm having flashbacks to about 1-2 years ago when the forums here argued that houses should be more rare because it makes them "more special" for those that have one, so SE shouldn't add more wards.

How is the scarcity of housing and relic weapons even remotely comparable? Noone is saying that relics should be closed off to anyone. Just that it should be something more than a tomestone weapon that you can collect, just by passively playing the game. EW relic didn't have to be Eureka or Bozja level of content, but it should have been more than what we got.
