That's the thing though - if you, like me, skip cutscenes because you don't find the usual, predictable, shenanigans funny you're liable to miss plot points like that.
I mean, I've tried gritting my teeth and watching with the skip button close at hand - and I really have tried; every time a new chapter in this questline comes out, I do my best to watch the cutscenes instead of skipping them. And every single time, I end up noping out about halfway through the first one so that I'm not exposed to the predictable cringe parade that is Hildi buried in the ground head first or Godbert running around in his underpants.
