I can't be the only one who finds Hildibrand lame

Here's an idea to make it actually good : Put lore into the Hildibrand story that is actually significant and connected to the main story

They DID, you just didn't notice.

Greg summoned an Eikon from crystals that DIDN"T temper anybody or make a hole in the world and suck in aether uncontrollably. This is a MAJOR plot point dismissed as a joke.
