Genuine Question for Frequent Negative Posters

I've noticed that the FF14 forums seem to have numerous users who regularly post in ways that suggest that they feel very negatively about the game.

Note that half the topics in this forum are made by the same person with 2-3 alts that they change every month or so. There are genuinely a lot of negative posters because people mostly come to forums when they want to complain, but the alts are a significant contributor to this.

if I disliked something that much, I would personally want to get away from that thing, rather than expose myself to more of it every day.

They want it to be better though and the point is to communicate it.
