Genuine Question for Frequent Negative Posters

The truth is there some who just feel like needing to vent on some parts of the game which is fine. This is also what I do and there are genuine good criticism to stuff this game lacks or fails to properly do.

But the loud ones are always the ones whom enjoy making their presence known be it positively or negatively. My advice is just to try to ignore these people because once you lurk as much as I have in these forums, it becomes very obvious the ones whom dont actually care about the game and are here to just touch nerves or stir drama.

Sorry, I cant voice my own opinion because apparently to some people, me going through the game 4 different times is grounds for you to be ridiculed and ignored for your arguments no matter what.

Unlike others who spends their time doing housing, or some who spends all day trolling and hating on the forums with multiple accounts where theyre allowed to express their opinion on other parts of the game without facing hostility.

That one got dealt with, so did his next incarnation.

You cant say that when you've attacked me personally multiple times, jumping on thread literally with the sole intent to attack me.

You also keep talking about how "grinds like bozja or eureka are boring and serve no purpose" but yet you'll do MSQ not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 times.

You have to make it make sense, else you'll just look like a fool.

Tbh MAJORITY of negativity in post is same guy who makes and rezes his own dead topics till that account is gone and he swaps to another. Is some criticism good yes but is all the criticism right no. Just like you have plenty who want exploratory zones back and plenty who don't. Then you got topics though negative vast majority agrees with like Criterion dungeons need better rewards if they want people to complete or replay them. In the end forums are place to voice opinions and majority of opinions you hear will be negative because usually when someone doesn't like something they are the most vocal. It's just like a old boss of mine used to say a happy customer never says anything because they got the experience they wanted but a unhappy customer tells everyone.

This right here is why people mention Atelier's alts. There's nothing inherently wrong with having alts but this guy will say that Eureka/Bozja are boring but he'll play through MSQ a gazillion times.

If anything it made those issues even clearer, if you take it to the perspective of someone who has to start as a sprout. Which is why the devs have gone back (albeit rarely) to mitigate some of the grindy aspects of that content to be more bareable for newer players.

A normal sprout only has to do the content once, you forced yourself to do it four extra times.

Those factors dont correlate to each other as it still doesnt excuse the problems Ive addressed with the content.

If anything it made those issues even clearer, if you take it to the perspective of someone who has to start as a sprout. Which is why the devs have gone back (albeit rarely) to mitigate some of the grindy aspects of that content to be more bareable for newer players.

Theres no excuse for content to be boring.

Anyway I dont want to further derail this thread into that so Ill just stop right here with that discussion.

dont dislike the game, it has amazing potential and could be improved upon

but also there are some very bad takes especially in regards to combat balancing on this forum and god forbid the devs who actually read the forums take the feedback given by the guy who didnt know what a slidecast was as legitimate feedback, incorrect opinions on game balance must be corrected

I don't know the details of Ateliers replays but if they are back to back I would question the sanity but if it were like a while after another that isn't exactly a bad thing. People have fav games and will replay over and over...Ive replayed FF12 like 3 times story wise in the last 2 years because I genuinely liked it. Many do yearly plays of their fav games or a friend of mine will rewatch a show yearly so to me that's not exactly like 'bro that's so weird you do that' for me. I would say as someone who cheese levelled most of my classes through bozja....I think I dislike bozja way more then Eureka and I think its because it was all one colour scheme and the scenery was samey which deflated it all. Eureka at least did make each location visually different in my book.

This forum is full of people who armchair dev and think they could fix the game by doing X.Y.Z but any community has that issue and not even exclusively here. Sometimes people just want a game to improve for their sake rather then the ripple affect it could have negatively to others. There are some good ideas that come out here though and I think devs would be able to find those quality ideas amongst the sea of questionable ones.

I will say, people do focus on them simply because those areas can always be better than they are.

Any given system in this game and every single game could be better in some shape or form, and I feel like it is important to highlight that, but that does not inherently make them a crap system or game on the whole. But people feel like their criticisms are ignored, even though the developers say to "Post feedback on the forums" which does leave a bad taste in peoples' mouths, so IMO it isn't really all that surprising if people come across as very taxed with their feedback and/or the game.

In general, people are not going to praise something if they enjoy it -- Because they'll be too busy enjoying it to praise it. I didn't come on here all those years ago praising the developers incessantly for having one of the most developed crafting systems in a game (at the time), because I was busy enjoying crafting. This applies to anything. People aren't going to praise exploratory content because they'll be busy doing it, and that will only cease to change when it ceases to be a system, or when they gut it.

It's an MMO, and there are facets of this game that people will enjoy even if they don't enjoy something else. It's really not as simple as "I hate this, therefore, I hate everything else", nor is it as simple as "I like this, therefore, I like everything else"

Nothing wrong with negative criticism but one has to wonder what the real story is when someone posts here with 2 dozen accounts. Can't simply be trolling has to be more to it than that.
