Legitimate reasons why many of you do NOT like Gear Swapping

You have a lv. 60 mob that is less resistant to thunder but resists all other elements, this mob has a phase in which you need an AOE for adds during the fight, these adds are a little resistant to fire and there's more than 8 of these adds.


Tell me almighty planner...

What do you come as? THM or BLM
What stats are more important for this type of fight?

Or you could just have WHM Aeroga and Stonega the adds, or even double holy them with presence of mind. Also, where is this fight so I can test more spells/gear on it? =o

The amount of MACC, Thunder Attack Potency, Fire Attack Potency, INT etc.. etc.. ISN'T ENOUGH unless you can pull off 5 melds of tier IV with a mixture of all these stats and then some on every single piece of gear from head to toe + the weapon.

If that's the case... I hope you have over 100M+ gil or one of the luckiest players in the game. lol
