We can play whatever we want, but the OST is part of an entertainment.
For example, a movie: we say "that's a good movie, I like the movie" because the story is good, the actors are good, the sceneries are breathtaking, but it's the soundtrack that connects you emotionally to the movie.

This text should trigger the music, the music an event, and the event a specific NPC story.
No other song could trigger the same particular emotion.

If someone was making a similar argument on the basis of just liking the mount, I could at least understand that more. Like, yeah, it is a cool mount, or you earned this mount, so it makes you happy to use it, but as far as the mount music specifically.. again, you can literally just put on an ost.
