Its a heavy load of copium to even suggest that the developers listen to literally any feedback presented to them, even from the biggest XIV personalities. They've ignored us for years, only listening to, and implementing some of the easiest feedback requests ie; "Please introduce this item that only NPC's can wear. I want (Insert MSQ character here)'s gear set!".
They have not listened to any feedback in regards to jobs and the 2 minute meta. ESPECIALLY for healers. Yoshi P should apologise for telling them to do ultimates for an engaging experience.
They have not listened to any feedback concerning PvP changes, or adjustments to maps.
They have not listened to any feedback regarding the lack of satisfaction with accquiring EW welfare relic, and the lack of an exploratory zone.
They have not listened to any feedback about Island Sanctuary being a boring, glamour pinata that you ignore for 90% of a patch cycle.
They have not listened to any feedback from even their own streamers regarding a general lack of casual grind content in EW so far.
If the developers were listening to anything being said here, they should communicate with us, or acknowledge that they're here and providing any reasonable suggestions posted here to the JP dev team. That is not happening. They are openly, willingly ignoring the most passionate members of their community who want nothing more than for the game to be improved even slightly. This is absolutely one of the worst things the dev team of a major MMORPG can do. The end result of ignoring your playerbase is a game at its core, that is boring, and unrewarding to play. This display of arrogance, and overconfidence in the dev team will produce a similar experience to modern day WoW.
Before Square white knights come marching out, we provide feedback to improve the game, not inhale copium and pretend there aren't issues with the game that should be addressed. The wholesome echo chamber is on reddit.
