



Well, if such a large portion of the playerbase is still enjoying it and happy to praise the dev team, perhaps the changes aren't that unpopular? Or, does the unpopularity of something get magically magnified because you specifically didn't like it?It would be fantastic if the forums (and mainsub) didn’t act like this was somehow a good thing or something that they should defend
If the devs make unpopular changes (5.0 healers for example) they should be forced to defend their decisions not have half the playerbase that’s willing to praise them doing literally nothing or even defending them releasing less content




And we circle back to our favourite topic of conversation, striker refuses to acknowledge the healer role has been a functional walking corpse for 2 expansions
Let me take you back to 5.0 launch, we got a popular new DPS and a popular new tank and they decided to do an incredibly unpopular change to healers, at that point healers were in such short supply as a healer you could queue for literally anything at any time and it would pop for you, this is to say nothing of the job satisfaction surveys falling off a cliff, lower levels of healers after ShB and squares refusal to acknowledge if
