If one of the main reasons BLU is excluded from DF is not having spells, why not just allow them into the solo system with trust where it's only the BLU themselves that are affected by lack of spells.
Aside from it not really being necessary and wanting to push BLU spellhunters to play together rather than into trusts, you also can't rely on a BLU to be locked into a role and the AI probably wouldn't handle the tank BLU suddenly mimicking DPS with much grace at all.
