Fair enough on the first point. While I think you may already know the gist of why I do it, just to be sure - I am not talking about accidental mistakes, jumps or engagements, I mean situations like "everyone died, guy respawns earlier than us and engages 1v5 before we can even stand in our spawn, over and over". I am not so heartless to put it on very apparent newbies, but if I have a track record of playing with them and they CONSISTENTLY do this, I will do as described and also reach out to them after matches, usually to have a bit of a soft talk about last (few) matches. They usually improve upon that.

Short - I use markers as an extension of communication, not to tilt people with it or use it as a reaction when tilting myself. Granted I AM a bit of an outlier on that, so I can see the confusion when they see a marker like that in the first place.
