I always get that smile from "mind game masters" who unexpectedly get either a good focus of the enemy group or a well-aimed headshot from around the corner. As a result, if the enemy team is good, all their art comes down to hanging around behind the walls so as not to multiply the opponent's KO counter. Although as part of the stage image it sounds good. Sorry, just thought.

Yeah... Some jobs are incredible hard to climb. I made it to crystal this season because l want the glowing sage weapon. It was a nightmare to get out of gold with ranged because that's what I like to play. Yes, people in bronze generally doesn't know they can pot while you cover them, And that greatly diminish paladin's value... A guy in top 100 told me that he just hard train on monk so he could 1v3 in bronze silver an gold to get out of it... I think SE just needs to hand out reward like how they handed out wolf collar, so that you will get something even in bronze, But it would just take a long time to get these new glowing weapon.

The emote policy in pvp is such a weird honor system. Maybe that's how they deal with server load. Let people ban themselves.

Well, the very fact that we see such advice means that in reality these actions go unpunished. I have seen enough in Lineage II C4 to not be surprised at anything. But there were no such rules. Someone could stab you in the back under the mobs or bring to you a bunch of mobs and finish you off with a shot and then jump on your corpse, you could do the same. But since FF14 has other rules, they must be respected otherwise why are they needed then.

I honestly don't know how they can literally tell if somebody emoted on your body but i read the ToS and it pretty much says 'No body grinding.' so so long as we are not ontop of you aint nothing they gonna do.

Well not to get too much into details about the website that makes yoshi sad, but it's been able to tell the position of every player in raids on the arena at any instant, so I'm pretty sure their system can do that since it's traceable. Then you compare with emotes...
