Yup it is like that, so annoying.Does everyone here have troll paranoia or something? He's not a troll for posting an idea you don't agree with.
I like the idea of getting a bonus for being in a party, and it makes sense since you would be able to do better knowing you're with a group rather than being alone.
"I sense something I don't agree with! TROLL UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE".
At first I thought it was a Rokien thread.
Anyways, like I originally alluded to... why not discuss other means to counteract the PT bonus so that it's actually 'required' (in a manner of speaking)? The point of the PT bonus has always been to encourage EXP Partying, so removing it ends an incredibly important incentive in the game.
It's not the idea itself, it's just how he put it.
I actually agree that full PT bonus should be toned down. It's a bit ridicolous that with full PT Acc bonus I never miss a single arrow on my BRD and I don't have a single acc bonus on me (in fact I'm using the songbow which reduces acc).
But if this were to be done I wouldn't ask for it to "increase difficulty", it's just a part of balancing that should always be going on, not suddenly done because someone wants the game to be harder. It's funny because if I recall PT bonus was supposed to be implemented to push people into partying to level up and get the incentives, not necessarily for endgame content where the EXP bonus does them no good.
Also stating that the game is "for casuals" doesn't really help him prove a point.
Baahaha try being a DRG~ good luck completing a combo even with party bonus lol! It's not the idea itself, it's just how he put it.

Oh I know... WAR has it even worse! But then again, what would be the point of ACC gear if no class/job ever needed it?
It's still nothing compared to 2010 Lancer. Basically Feint was considered your ultimate weapon because you had no chance of hitting otherwise and it only costed 250 TP... lol

Also stating that the game is "for casuals" doesn't really help him prove a point. All he did was state an idea and provided reasons for it, I fail to see how this makes him a troll. Was it well thought out? Not really, but all people have to do is say they disagree, give reasons why, and leave it at that.Troll - One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.
You could argue said suggestion was intentionally provocative and would *likely* cause maximum disruption and argument lol. Posting a controversial suggestion + lack of thought = everyone's troll alarms go off. Its not like this guy is new, he's been around abit lol. Can't blame most ppl for thinking this a troll thread
