[DEV] Remove full party bonus to increase difficulty

while i understand that this game is aimed towards casuals, i feel that by removing the full party bonus, players have to rely more on materia and better gear.

i know +10% isn't prob that big of a deal, i just wanted to throw out that suggestion to try to make the game more challenging

Well it'd be better to counter it by other means that still gives parties a better incentive than soloing.
