question to people about pet Jobs

so i had about a week ago done the final fight for Dragoon. and it has been plaguing me that the Dragoon in that fight had a Drake. So my question is how come people say they want a pet job but some of those people are the people how absolutely detested Drg having a pet?

So i would like to suggest adding the pet and hear me out on this. Why not a dmg reduction to drg IF they have pet out not bad enough to make drg suck but enough so that the pet Drake could make up for and not so overpowered that other jobs are rendered useless.

Now i say IF the pet was out meaning you dont get the Dmg reduction if you dont call the Drake. So people who dont want Drg to have the pet dont have to use it. Or in the future make a quest to get the pet that they dont have to do.

Because Dragoon was only a pet job in Final Fantasy XI? There were many other Final Fantasy games before eleven, hence the eleven. Perhaps some people preferred the image of the dragoon as a loner, to eleven's baby wyvern tamer?

Those same people needn't be inherently against pet jobs as a whole.

is the warrior trained to be a beastmaster? tis a joke. I didnt finish the war quests yet didnt know that. I know that 11 was the only ff to give Dragoon a pet. but still why not have given them a pet in this game to? What is so bad about them having a pet?

and according to the drg Lore, yes you can get a drake as a pet drg, but only if you turn evil and submit to Nidhogg. <_<
