If you want FF XI , then PLAY FF XI!

I don't? I'd like them to take good things from XI, but I don't want the same game.
I would like classic XI to be available is some form, but that's actually impossible so I have no choice but to move on.

What I want to see is a world with as much depth and style as XI's. I want long challenging storylines. I want to be overtaken by the lore and history of the land. I want to meet charismatic and crazy characters with a purpose. I want to travel ancient ruins and uncover lost artifacts. I want to come to a point where taking a visit to Eorzea would have as much draw as a visit to Vana'diel. Sights, sounds, people, culture. Let's make it happen Yoshi.

Yup, but I could say copy FF12 and get pretty much all of that stuff as well couldn't I ?

That franchise includes Final Fantasy XI. Also no one is upset, so no one "needs to calm the F down" lol. You just seems very adamant in believing SE is willing to ignore their last MMO, especially now that they can see people are truly wondering why they didn't pull at least the basics.

Elexia you must have selective reading comprehension because I have said many times in many threads that certain aspects of 11 were good and I would like to see them brought over, but what I have a problem with is people wanting 14 to be the same time sinky mess that 11 was.
