Thus far, you're the only one here insisting that entire genre must be reduced to a race thing (let alone that liking Berserk must = "weeb"... which, no, does not mean merely a Nipponophile).

Which, if you were right, would historically be an outlier, as French AG hasn't actually been limited to films from France, German Modern Philosophy hasn't been solely from Germany (nor even the lands that would later lie within its borders), "Hong Kong Cinema" has had named influence/inspiration outside of HK or even China, etc., etc. Instead, those terms tend to focus on what traits actually describe the character and qualities of the work itself, with the point of origin for a school of thought/design simply being a tangential shorthand to that. They aren't nearly so uselessly reductive as you would make them out to be.
