You know what they could do though? Even though you doubt it? Consider moving away from NTT. It sure seems like that would solve the problem for a lot of their customers effective immediately, without having to wait for the ISPs to troubleshoot for them.I highly doubt SE would switch away from NTT, even tho they're holding a big part of their community hostage at this point. I've also been trying to stay in contact with ATT through this whole mess and they've told me over and over the problem is outside their network.
We have absolutely no pull with NTT, we don't pay them. Getting in contact with our ISP like the lodestone suggested doesn't help bc NTT is the problem.
I don't understand how SE isn't doing anything bc they pay NTT for a service they aren't providing.
