The only next step I can think to do is possibly flood the party finder in hopes of getting SE to finally communicate.
It's not our ISP that's the problem, it's SE's.
It's unconventional and probably worthless but what else can we do?

Don't do this. It won't accomplish anything and they'll just warn/ban you for inappropriate use of PF.
Either find a VPN that works, or send them a financial message by unsubbing/not buying FF16. If you can, reach out to gaming news sites.
Don't potentially lose an account/character you put hours of hard work and time into.
I appreciate you looking out, but I don't understand how it would be an inappropriate use of the PF. There are people offering ERP and even feet pics, but asking for communication from a game we pay monthly for is inappropriate?
Feel free to do this at your own risk. Personally, I have too much to lose to take a chance on it. I'm not entirely sure what is categorized as frivolous/report-able use of PF, and I'm not risking a 10-year account on the chance a GM is having a bad day and takes it out on me.
But if you happen to get taken to GM jail for it, the argument that "Other people are doing worse!" isn't going to help your cause.
I'm also not entirely sure how a few angry PF listings are going to help convince SE ($6 Billion Net Worth) to make demands of NTT. ($20 Billion Net Worth)

Commenting again to keep the thread alive, to update my Tracing Route info, and to keep the fire on SE. This is an SE problem with NTT... NOT a problem on our side of things with AT&T. I have 0 problems with AT&T and any other game that I play.

"Other people are doing worse" wouldn't be my argument, considering asking for communication isn't against ToS.
I also have an account going on a decade old, which isn't really worth much if you can't even play the game you pay monthly for.
I also don't know what our next step should be. But being patient hasn't worked so far, we haven't heard from SE in a week and even then "contact your ISP" was terrible communication.
I personally will take a break from xiv till this subsides I understand we're all frustrated with this situation. if this doesn't get fixed by June then not sure what will happen. I know this past Friday they "fixed" but then it went back to having bad latency. i wouldn't risk doing something on a pf and getting banned for a couple of days over this. another thing we can do is get this situation into a gaming article. it's only been 2 weeks going to 3 it sucks but going to AT&T was a bad part on there end asking us to contact them they just say NTT is an "isp" of there end" other then that not sure what else we can do to pressure them I personally feel we tried everything communication on square's part was poor. If people are going to fanfest and if this situation still going on by that time frame just bring it up into a Q&A there see what they say. because this can't last long for us which sucks I may be thinking of changing ISP's in the coming months if this issue doesn't subside.
Now, after 3 full weeks of dealing with this issue. I am convinced that either SE just doesn't care, or they are completely incapable of addressing the problem. I have AT&T also, and have no issues while playing other games. My speed tests come back fine, so, as consumers, I believe that we will get a response from SE if we cancel our subs and spend our money somewhere else
I have been called a coward for this by other people in this thread, but the only realistic options are:
1)Get a VPN/Change ISPs
2)Stop playing the game until this is resolved at some unknown time in the future.
And yes, I fully understand that option 1 is not viable for many people.
Everything about this sucks and I wish there were other options, but this is reality.
Putting up PF listings complaining about this would be about as useful as sitting outside the Capitol building with a cardboard sign complaining about the government.
We’ve been pinging the NA lobby server for about a week now. There’s reduced packet loss today from the last few days but this issue still exists and is NTT’s and needs to be addressed before you lose more subscriptions, Square. The finger pointing at this point is ridiculous we can clearly see who the problem is. Telling us to contact our isp is insulting our intelligence at this point.
