    Sounds like they are still at the finger pointing stage and are hiding behind an NDA to get out of any liability to make a formal announcement on how the problem will be addressed. It’s a shame these multimillion dollar companies just can’t get enough money and have their customers needs as their very last priority. On my end as soon as my isp hits ntt’s equipment my connection is boned. It’s weird too, I had no problems until whatever maintenance we had two weeks ago.

    I just hate being strung along. I’m not paying extra or buying extra equipment for a vpn to clean up someone else’s mess. If this takes months before a fix is in the works I’d honestly be tempted to unsubscribe for a month as the game outside of island sanctuary is unplayable.

    I'm beyond exhausted with the blame game. So if it's not SE's problem, it's not NTT's problem, it's not AT&T's problem, then who's responsible for fixing it? Us, apparently?!

    Getting tired of this as well.....game is unplayable without a VPN and honestly the free VPNs are useless as soon as they get overloaded. Nord VPN has worked great for me but I'm dumb and paid for month cause I honestly love this game to much.

    Anyway we need to keep the pressure on all fronts. Mostly in my opinion Square as they are the ones offering the live service that has been unplayable for an unbelievable 3 weeks now for alot of users. They have more power then us to push NTT or whoever to fix the problem.

    I made a reply post to their most recent announcement on the Savage raids for 6.4 going live with a screenshot of my current pingplotter results and tagged all parties involved. May not do much but last time I did this we got a response on May 22nd that night so.... linked it below if you wanna give it more attention. May just be hopium and wishful thinking Square will address it.

    Still recommend to keep sending the Tracert results via the form Square did provide us everyday till its resolved and keep the pressure on all front via such thing as social. Make the issue more visible. Form for packet loss is linked below in case, scroll to the bottom of the list.

    That's good. Keep the heat up as much as possible. I sent in a tip to an MMORPG news website I really enjoy, and asked them to consider doing a story on this. I figured it couldn't hurt to ask.

    Game is basically unplayable for yet another day. So much for keeping up on current patch content...

    Honestly surprised that SE hasn't said more given how many players are being affected and with FanFest quickly approaching. I can't imagine any Q&A sessions will be pleasant if this isn't resolved.

    I think they love the idea of us resolving this issue via VPN. Takes it off the radar at our expense. I'm really beginning to think they have decided they can live with lost subscriptions in lieu of spending money fighting for a resolution. I was going to unsub this week but will wait one more week to see if they get sound sorted out. I can work my Island in the mornings, after that NO GOTZ. I am beyond frustrated, truly reminds me that we are nothing more than mini revenue events to SE and ATT. NTT, unless given one, has no reason to give a flying !@$&.
