There is so much wrong with your debate tactics that I do not know where to begin.
First, yes you did. You can not claim an ideal such as "don't it for the money", and in the previous sentence state how money lets you have what you need. In answer to the person who wanted you to be quiet, you could have said so many things as to why you were posting. That you had a compelling argument, that it was important to you, that you had a perspective or facts that no one else did (information). Instead you chose to say that because of money, you are able to do this. If money allows you freedoms, then they allow them for others. You can not have subjective ideals. Not to mention you create a debate on a point I did not bring up, which makes the first paragraph basically a digression.
Second, I don't know you, so it is very possible that you do personally know the creators and developers and workers that created CoD series. However, if you do not, then it wanders somewhere close to an argument that is slightly slanderous and, above all else, digressive and without portent towards the current issue. Which I believe is still if they should allow a home point for Inns. (You also do this with the FFXIV team as well).
You have an amazing concept of self-importance. You believe that these things perpetuate because you invest in them. What your money helps with, in all cases, is the distribution of said product. The musician, the artist, the writer, the developer, etc....creative people....they will create. Regardless of if you get to see/hear/finance any part of it. It may also occur to you that the reason why we get many games that are similar is because that is what people like to make and that is what people like to play.
We do not show our love or appreciation to the creators with money. We show it here, in the forums. Which is why often the creation of threads such as this make some of us cringe. It isn't that you can't speak your mind, of course you can. However, to take responsibility for your situation and feelings and to act accordingly, that would make a large difference. We do not even know how this will be implemented. Yet you have already decided how it will work, how it will affect the players, how it will affect other aspects of the game and also what is the appropriate feeling to have about it. Perhaps if you were to ask questions, you may find that what they have planned isn't what you are imagining....maybe it will. As it stands, you do not know...which makes your scenario in your intial petition void.
I try and imagine I am in a room with the person I post to....if you were here now, I would say these exact same things. Try and imagine you are in the same room as the developers. What would you say, how would you say it? That is how you should conduct yourself online.
As far as the last paragraph...again, I find it intriguing the position you stake. You are essentially saying, you would like the game to be unique to your tastes and please you, even if many more people would be happier with it another way. I am not saying you are right or wrong, but I would like to point out, it makes it very hard to want to join forces with you and support your petition. Because even if I did, you are making it clear that the next time something is amiss, you will care for yourself and not consider me or others at all.
