That really sucks

I've always been in the habit that I keep a little notepad for the last time I went into my house and update it when I go in next. I don't go in every day and often just sit in the yard. So this helps both when I'm busy playing with roulettes or just otherwise away from the house, or if a new game comes out and I'm not playing as much. Won't help you now, but maybe later on if you can start over it might be something to try.

The e-mails aren't always reliable. I've definitely gone to 30 days before but didn't get anything. I always check the Estate tab in game since that's a lot more reliable.
