The problem with this approach is that players can get crafting and gathering experience from quests, most notably primals like Ifrit and Moogle over and over and over, resulting in many thousands of xp that didn't involve crafting or gathering at all.some things they can probably average out, heck hmmm...since they track when you leveled up each job they can probably average out how many crafts it would have taken each player to hit a level at that time, and give some credit, probably won't but one thing.
