I mean ... you're a customer, you give them money in exchange of a product. As long as you pay, you continue receive that product. At any point you're not happy for any reason, you can just pull the plug ... but I don't think you have a say on where they should spend the money you gave them.
I think you're mistaking being a "customer" and being an "investor". If you really want to have a say on dictating where SE should spend the money you give them, you gonna need to buy their stock and sit on their board of director.
