Why buy a house if your not going to use it, and then try to 'rent it' to people for a fee?

I have large and i use it.

Some people missed out because people like this exist and its absolutely pathetic behaviour.

I have a large and have bought many decorations and the like and I do rent the space out to FC's to hold events and stuff. It is nice way to make money. What is the problem?
