I have a large and have bought many decorations and the like and I do rent the space out to FC's to hold events and stuff. It is nice way to make money. What is the problem?

The fact they went to a new server to buy two houses just to not use and rent to people, exploiting a limited market.

People have waited years to get houses, just to have greedy people like this, who have no intention of actually using the house, step in and take it from under them.

Its disgusting that this is even allowed to exist, if a house is not used it should go back on the market, or even better, don't buy one at all!

Seems like real life, doesn't it? People buy up real estate all the time to rent to others, exploiting a limited market.

Considering SE has announced plans for 2023 that will include the addition of 247,320 new plots to the game, that player may have a hard time renting their houses out soon unless they're doing it for special events.
