5 personal to 1 FC ward would be ideal but I won't complain if it's 4 personal to 2 FC wards either.

Maybe they wanna RP as Eorzean Rental Service, u got Cafe, Tavern & Night club establishments so why not a renter one to.

People can choose to pay rent for a house, move to a server where personal houses are available or (when applicable) create a fc on the server they are on using their main and/or alts in order to obtain their own fc house. For some people the first option is the most convenient. Take what you can get because Square isn't going to fix this just like they don't fix people owning multiple houses, botting, cheating and RMT.

It is not ok what they do, besides it is a gateway to do RMT.... those people doing that most likely sell gil for Gold Farmers that when sell it to people... renting out housing like that should not be a thing and it should not be something you do on a limited ressource.

There is no way you can defend it other than you exploit players to pay a tax for living in a house they have rented.

I like it. I could see having fun with this as an owner, changing out the decor for different themed events.
