There's no meaningful difference to any class within the same role as another class.

Square-Enix has done one thing well, and that's ensuring that it is almost impossible to screw up the basic gameplay of every class (except PLD, which will be turned into a WAR clone in January I'm sure) so long as you read your tooltips and maybe look at their official job guide for a primer on how the basic flow of the class works.

With Endwalker, every single class (except PLD) operates on a very rigid 60 or 120 second cycle. Starting at the start of the fight and every 120 seconds thereafter, you will pretty much push ALL of your damage buttons within a 15 second window, then push a very simple filler combo (often a 1-2-3 melee combo or a specific order of spells that works out to be akin to 1-2-3) for the entirety of the 105 seconds remaining until the next window, at which it repeats.

There are minor variations on this theme, but the basic concept remains the same regardless of which class you're playing. Pick your class based on what you think looks coolest. There are no meaningful gameplay differences between any of them, by design.
