Changing the system so its simply no longer possible. The ToS then doesnt matter, and it might actualy even streamline the process (which to me is also a sad thing, as it removes even the most basic interaction between players).

And its not a very difficult thing either to change on the dev side. You mark the enemy similar to the small combat events you have in quests with a trigger radius (in this case the effect is hidden). The moment someone enters it, the boss spawns with a 5min invuln timer on it (alternatively, its always there with an infinite invuln and it changes to 5min upon entering). You then also make it immune towards any interactions so it cant be invuln pulled and be used for trolling. And now you already have the spawn protection on it.

I think the biggest difficulty is actualy figuring out what the best system would be. Sure, the one i just suggested might appear easier, but it also might have some additional conflicts.
