Is there a possibility of making every single S rank working like Ixion?

Hunts are open world bosses they are free game. Nobody has to wait for anyone inregards to killing them, its a courtesy some players extend to others but not all. If killing hunts matters so much then you should be making the effort to help spawn or catch them when their up. Got my second Chi kill a few days ago only reason I got it cause I helped spawn it!! Didnt sit around waiting for others to do the work or hope I catch a shout that Chi was up.
