Sure, a team that can communicate via Discord will be able to do some big brain plays and they'll probably already have picked the classes to set up said plays.

But there are a lot of things you can do to help yourself out without that. Just need to pay attention to the game. Dragoon benefits a lot from making use of your teammates LBs

You have a Warrior with LB up ? Sure, let's wait for them to use their LB before mine so I can take advantage of that no Guard window. Same with Dancer.

Can use the Astrologian buff window as well.

There are so many things you can take advantage of if you're just able to pay attention and surprise people. Which is a very big ask for most people and that's okay. Some people just can't process information in real-time fast enough.

I'd rather have different LBs requiring you to play and think differently than just the same playstyle carrying over from class to class.

The fact that you have to wait for your teammates to be useful in a game where communication is either hindered by quickchat or just outright being ignored just to be able to use your lb effectively and ontop of that your LB is so telegraphed is dumb, anybody with braincells will see it and just walk off to the side. again no other class has this problem, why should DRG have it? you seem like you are just trying to sweep this issue that OBVIOUSLY needs to be addressed in some fashion under the rug.
