RDM underperforming by the way of neglect

Stat for all battle at 90%-Max.
redmage and smn are pretty closes.

some fights are disadvantageous to red mages, but on some fights it has a little more DPS than SMN, but the overall balance is relatively bad,
but nothing can be worse than the machinist.

Both RDM and SMN need damage buffs, it’s irrelevant how close to each other they are

The issue is dps in relation to dps on a whole, not just within respective role
