If you listen carefully when teleporting directly out of a house, given your loading time (mine's pretty long due to distance from the servers), you'll hear the housing district music before ending up at your destination. For example, if I port to Limsa from my FC's house in Shirogane, I'll hear the Shirogane music briefly before "landing" in Limsa. The same goes for my personal house and apartment.

I wonder if there's something about the nature of interior instances like houses and the island that prevents, or at least makes it very difficult to, directly teleport into and out of them so they have to go through an automated "click the shiny dot" thing to get in and out.
