The Men FFXIV Needs

You know, I do not believe I shall ever understand the constant overreactions to suggestions like this one. FFXIV is currently oversaturated with effeminate males, and while there is obviously no problem with that it's not so terrible for someone to want a bit more classical manliness somewhere. Some people here tend to act out, like people are suggesting they take all the effeminate men and replace them with classical manliness and that's clearly not the case. Far too many things in life are treated as zero-sum games, and it's getting out of hand. Sometimes, it reads more like some of y'all are more afeared of losing your monopoly on what the characters in game tend to appear like visually.

The same with a certain upcoming female model getting the "waifu or don't do it at all" treatment. I'd probably be toying with semantics but imo catering to the majority doesn't (shouldn't?) directly imply neglecting the minority. Not being the center of attention once in a blue moon isn't going to kill you. Like, Twelve forbid a hairstyle being released that doesn't look good in female Miqo'te or Lalafell

Has there been an actual really short hairstyle since early Stormblood? (I mean really short, 1 inch long hair)
