Perhaps, but I don't believe they can remove the recipes and still have the leve work, and while they 'repositioned' leve as solo content they have never said they are removing any of the leve systems from the game. Add in the new achievements that require you to get 100 million from leve quests, and it seems highly unlikely the system is dead and buried.

If they did leave the system as it is with some crafts missing leve at certain level ranges plus with the subcraft and support requirements I think people who use the system would be outraged. At least I know I would. I just can't believe that they would do that if their goal is to have everything functional next October.
