It could happen. I mean look at energy drain with SCH. However more than just NA has to complain about it for it to be reversed. Living dead and Blood weapon changes took years and over multiple expansions to get changed. Look at MCH, still havent fixed wildfire for it to be more ping friendly. I would be shocked in Kaiten was reverted in 6.2 or at all in the 6.X series
