Too be fair whm after the lily changes is a far cry from the terrible state it was in before these changes. Wings are actually not more terrible then bubble in a decent number of spots. Also aqua veil for the double dragon phase because tanks gonna get it there hard.
The lily fix just made WHM not an active hinderance to the rest of the raid, it’s still an absolute baseline of a class and I wouldn’t call it anywhere close to developed properly
